Denver Designer Cakes

I realize I haven't really updated the blog in awhile... This year we scaled back on wedding cakes and have been doing more celebration cakes.  It's been kinda fun to be able to do more sculpture work as of this year.  :-D.  Here's a Southpark sculpted figurine cake we made earlier this year.  All the figurines were sculpted by hand out of sugarpaste and modeling chocolate, including Cartman, Towlie, The Christmas Poop and Kenny (dead of course :).
