Denver Bronco's Themed 3D Groom's Cake

Whew! It's definitely been a challenging, yet fun last few weeks.  Here is a highlight from last weekend.  We created a sculpted groom's cake for Sophia's fiance Braxton Kelley (now husband :-D), who played for the Denver Bronco's.  She planned the cake as a surprise gift to the groom.  I have to admit that we had a ton of fun with this cake......

 

The football itself was styled after his high school LGHS, the helmet was obviously The Denver Bronco's helmet, and the jersey was based off his time playing for The University of Kentucky.  We heard the cake was well received by everyone, especially the groom himself!  I have to say he's one lucky man ..  The reception was held at The Chateaux at Fox Meadows and all I can say is "WOW," what an exquisite place!!!
