Fun "Beat Up" 1996 Mustang Cake

I was contacted about making a surprise groom's cake. The bride wanted me to make the car look beat up with hail damage so it would look just like her fiance's 1996 Ford Mustang. Here is the finished product. I thought it turned out well and did a good job representing his car!

Simple Wedding Cake for a Backyard Wedding

This couple decided to plan simple and elegant by having their reception in their large backyard. Here is a picture of their wedding cake. It's a 5 tier marble cake with cream cheese filling and they added fresh flowers as the topper.

This was a cake for Matthew McGraw's mother who's birthday just so happens to be on the 4th of July. This time of year always reminds me of my daughter Jaquelyn's birthday (now 8), which is on the 5th, but since I went into labor on the 4th I thought she was going to be born ON the 4th, but instead went through nearly 36 hours of labor and she was then born on the evening of the 5th.. Whew! That was a LOOOOONG July 4th weekend in 2002 :-O
